I’m no fan of the proposed government bailout of financial firms. I wrote to Senators Feinsten and Boxer and to Rep. Brad Sherman to express my distaste for the plan. I only got a form response from Feinstein but here’s one of my biggest beef:

I can’t believe I let my UAL miles expire! Granted, I’ll probably lose any credit I have with Southwest pretty soon but if I had checked the UAL site in June, I could have kept some miles by signing up for Netflix or those useless magazine subscription. Oh well.
